HD Floor Material Sound Scheme Fixes

Replacement mod for several Material Soundscheme files and two Material presets. This restores some missing sound effects: cannonball bouncing sounds, and sounds for when the player jumps on a surface.

This is not an absolute restoration of the latter sounds from HD, as every material used a single "Player Landing" sound effect. On regular materials like stone, this sound effect will now play. But for other materials like grass/sand/snow, a sound more appropriate to that material will play.

The Ice Sliding material has also been updated to use step and landing sounds.
