Spawns at terminal Spycakes

Classified! Experimental locomotive for the capital of Iris. Access only allowed to Iris capitol members with security clearance of 11. Locomotive Features:
Track switcher
Plasma flak cannon
SEP Generators
Communication station
Map
Heaters
Side and front solar electric lights
Four anti-matter missiles [Now equipped due to frequency of citizen attacks]
Car Features:
Seats for citizen members convicted of treason
Large sliding doors on each side of each car
Doors to move between cars while train is in motion
Automatic lights in each car
Drive instructions:
Active CC [Commander Capsule], including activating the monitors
Energize all four SEP Generators
Set electric to 0.25 for maximum grip
If over 120 km/h, more electric may be necessary to avoid citizen attacks
WARNING: Citizen attacks are highly likely. To avoid citizen drone detection: lower SEP Gen throttle to 80%.
