Adds the Cheyenne people, led by Woqini (Hook Nose or Roman Nose), to the game as a custom civilization. Requires Brave New World.

UNIQUE ABILITY: BUNDLE OF SACRED ARROWS

Foreign Trade Routes grant starting XP to units trained in their home cities. Promoting Units outside friendly territory expands the borders of the nearest friendly city.

UNIQUE UNIT: DOG SOLDIER

Replaces the Lancer. +25% Combat Strength against Gun Units. Gains experience from pillaging Tile Improvements. May not pillage roads, but may use enemy roads.

UNIQUE BUILDING: SUN DANCE

Replaces the Stable. +50% range to land Trade Routes in its city. Units trained in a city with a Sun Dance heal every turn in enemy territory.
