An actually useful Pick/Axe. Also my first mod!

Pick/Axe
Farm stuff easier.

I can't figure out how to change the recipe with Shipwrecked/Hamlet to make it slightly more balanced or create a config for it, so it's just the default recipe.
The Pick/Axe needs a buff either way, so for now I'll publish this and if anyone knows how to get a recipe change for this item to stick across all the DLCs please leave a comment
and I'll add it as config options.

3 Times Faster (1.3) -- Now a large tree takes 5 hits to fell.
1500 Uses (134 - 400)
