Create Your Own Village.

Visit the lake near Riften to find the location for Dragon's Village.

Use the Architect Workbench, the Barrel of Ingots, and the Lumber Mill to build the Village. Place buildings on site with the (Dwarven Button) House Placer. You can build up to 3 Houses and one Store. Leftover materials are handy for other Hearthfire DLC buildings. The Store includes a Female Follower/Mercenary. One Villager buys produce, another buys firewood; the Store clerk buys ores.

Update: 05/14/2020:

I converted the Store so it includes an Inn. Also added Guards (2), Blacksmith, and Innkeeper.

if the mod is installed correctly, checked in Data folder, etc. and have DLC, then it should work.
South-West corner in raised land from the Lake. It's a small island/region.

the wood mill makes lumber and wood planks (see animated pipe assembly near lake to left of the workbench near the trees).
