Prop Snap

Description
Prop Snap allows you to snap your props to a grid, making accurate building easy.

Prop Snap also allows for snapping to angles. Make sure to turn off when you're done building.

Prop Snap can be found in Q > Utilities > PropSnap.

I would love to use this tool, but doesn't look like it works by itself? I can see that it's in the "Server Content" category, so that's most likely why. Would it be possible to make this tool stand-alone so people may use it in singleplayer? it looks so useful!
