Tropical Restaurant with Terrace (12 k pieces) by Haribo

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL with it. You may have trouble placing anything around it. The game will probably give you lag spikes while you do it. I DO NOT recommend to USE it IN FRANCHISE MODE, because there are too many guests. Anyway, feel free to give it a try. And don't blame me I warned you ;)

You can increase the performance heavily by deleting the null-barrier around it and avoid building any habitats near by.
