Description
Modular Eschebach Factory Pack from Dresden, Germany

The Eschebach complex is a former industrial factory in Dresden, Germany. Nowadays the buildings are used as offices.

The buildings are provided as park in the game. You need algernon’s Ploppable RICO Revisited Mod in order to give them an actual functionality. The original Ploppable RICO from AJ3D works as well.
This pack offers the buildings as residential version.

Included are:
  • An Entrance Building
  • A Depot Building
  • Module, corner tower and middle tower, 4-story high
  • Module, corner tower and middle tower, 5-story high

Using TPB’s painter Mod you can change the bricks to any color you like.

Please do read these information regarding prop and mod usage
The assets are optimized to be placed with FindIt! and so all have a small icon in their thumbnails.
To save your PC's resources I recommend using the Loading Screen Mod. All the versions of this building share the same textures - the Loading Screen Mod will load them only once instead of multiple times.

technical data:
Main: 28,601 tris all combined; 512x3072px _a, _c, _d, _i, _n, _s textures
LOD: 667 tris all combined; different texture sizes

How do you place the parts so they look like one building and not a bunch of sections close together?
