Ration Dispenser

You are defending against a raid on your base and you need to heal? You have conquered the planet and you need a way to dispense food? This mod is a solution to all your problems!
The ration dispenser can distribute healing rations to players.

This mod adds a ration dispenser entity and ration package entity. The dispenser is producing ration packages that can be used to heal yourself. You can also just spawn the ration package from the spawnmenu.
Each ration package can heal from 15 to 50 HP, ration package dispensing time limit is 30 seconds.

To change the amount of dispenser reloading time, change cvar ddv_dispenser_reloadtime
