gm Smallgrass w/ wall [TTT arm in desc!]

I was frustrated that all my TTT bots were falling off spawn in gm_flatgrass and wondering off to forever, so I decided to make an edit that added a wall on the sides of the building.
I also decided to drastically reduce the grass area to increase optimization while also adding a few extras to make every part of the map accessible outside of sandbox.

In short, it's gm_flatgrass: the TTT test map. I thought y'all might like it, so I've uploaded it here!

- Added 32 Hu wall to the perimeter of spawn to keep wandering bots (and human bots) from falling off
- Added ladders to the side of spawn to allow you get safely on the ground without noclip or reduced fall damage
- Added a doorway to the secret room cause I thought it could be useful for testing
- Added another "secret" room on the opposite side of the first room with a pool of water... cause that's... useful... for... testing...? idk i thought it was neat ok
