Working Heavy Lifter 45 meters boom

- Foldable Crane ( 2nd boom-section winch goes slow, damage prevention, it takes some winching mastery )
- Boom lock connectors
- Magnet ground anchoring
- Tiltable operator cabin

Updates:
- Cabin position changed to left side of the boom
- Tiltable operator cabin
- Fuel cutoff
- New operator cabin
- New operator controls. Easier to unfold
- Removed one winch to boom 2
