It's a popular song that gives the series' lore relatively more justice than say, something like Ran Ran Ruu. (While cool that it's Ronald's victory theme, that alone doesn't give him enough warrant to get into the Touhou modpack haha~) The abstractness and simplicity of Bad Apple also lends itself well to be meshed into multiple different creative formats.
To the artstyle itself, it's aesthetic reminds me of "Limbo" from MUGEN.

I'm hoping to replicate the silhouettes in that stage to create a buddy that makes a "Bad Apple Mode". One where the player characters can flash black and white alongside this stage.
