Mod Refresher

ES2 seems that the engine loads initially THEN the game loads it's vanilla settings as you'd expect. BUT if mods are loaded afterward they appear to not update their newly linked .xml's if refreshed.

So to be safe, only toggle the Mod Refresher when making changes in an already linked XML. Editing your main linking xml requires closing the program and sitting through the double load.
