You don't need to add characters to unit stands. Characters occupy a stand of their own. The idea is that the other three spaces on their stand can be occupied by 'Retinues' which are in newer versions of the rules. They've also started releasing models to represent these Retinues.

Two quick questions, One, Is this still being worked on? Two Is there a way to add a character too a unit's stand? I can't seem to find out how.

This mod is amazing. I'm new to this model system, but this mod lets me learn it and practice with models before buying them.
I'm rather excited to try the Nords too. Do you know when those will be added to this mod?

Yes, I scan in all of the models for all of the factions. I just released the dweghom and am working on painting up nords to scan them in now.
