Description
Today you will be driving a Western Region Paignton-Nottingham express from Paignton to Exeter St Davids. The train is to be hauled by one of the 9F locomotives permanently assigned to passenger workings on the WR. It is an overcast Tuesday afternoon in the early 1960s and the railway is busy with freight and passenger operations.

Duration: ~40 mins

Requirements:
• Riviera Line in the Fifties
• BR Standard Class 9F
• Western Lines of Scotland

Hi Harry,
Just completed this scenario which was a good run along the Riviera with the capable 9F and 7 coaches.This loco produces plenty of wheelslip when ham-fisted on the regulator but the sanders calmed things down, and the 9F handled the 7 coaches up to 75 mph. There was plenty of other trains and stock to admire on the journey and I completed at about 14:52 as the S and D loco 53803 with SR coaches entered an adjacent platform at Exeter St. Davids.
