Description
CAT6 is a private military corporation filled with dishonorable discharges. Many have criminal records, histories of abuse, and other charming features.

Introduces the CAT6 Heavy

The CAT6 Heavy is a new enemy that joins the fight against XCOM. The unit uses a M25 Hornet SMG, Omni-Shield, and CAT6 Heavy Armor.

New Content
  • New Enemy: The CAT6 Heavy will appear in the game as a traditional enemy functioning similarly to the ADVENT Shieldbearer.

  • New Research and Proving Ground Projects: The unit can be autopsied, leading to the proving ground development of additional equipable armor sets.

  • New Armor: XCOM will be able to drop into battle wielding CAT6 engineered armor. This set of armor functions similarly by default to Predator Armor. However, its stats are fully customizable.

To use the with the Terminus Mercenary Raider Faction, subscribe to this supplemental mod.

Additional Details
This will seamlessly integrate into a current or new campaign. Additionally, the necessary mods are built in.

The Enemy, Research, Proving Grounds, and Armor are all fully custimizable primarily within the configuration file "XCOM_Customize_This_Mod". To normalize this unit's loot according to the base counterpart, subscribe to this supplemental mod.

Yeah, I think it's a bug because I used the same naming conventions for the enemy armor as the cosmetic variants. Learned not to do that in future mods but haven't revisited a fix here unfortunately.

So not sure if this is the best place to mention this but whenever I try to use any of the CAT6 armor on a soldier in the character pool as soon as I exit the customization options and return to the character list, the armor randomly changes to something else. I'm not sure if that's a problem with the armor from your CAT6 mods or something different but it only happens with these armor sets.

May be a conflict with the CAT6 Cosmetics mod, it's on my to do to address.

when i have CAT6 units spawn in my game for some reason they are all invisible, can only see their eyes, mouth and weapons

anyone able to help?
