Description
Japanese suburban style community center(kominkan). RICO

3x4 RICO office level 2, 10 workplaces, 0 construction cost

It would function as a small playground if you don't have the required RICO mod

The rooftop is left empty and plain on purpose. You can add your favorite air conditioning units or other props for your aesthetic pleasure.

I don't make or update Cities Skylines assets anymore. My assets are not very good in terms of quality, but feel free to use modtools to extract the mesh/texture and do anything you want to them. You have the permission to upload the modified versions to the workshop.
