Spartan garrison for DEI

Description
This mod adds Periokoi Pike and Spartan Hoplites to spartan garrison.

It should be save game compatible.

Disclaimer :

This mod needs to be loaded first, before the spartan units expansion and before DEI.
Also, it disabled the ability to update these 2 units, you will have to recruit the new units when you hit the reform.
