Haphazardly Balanced Balanced Wonders

Description
Nerf the museum and buff the later wonders to be worth your time and resources.
In general make them more expensive so they are more of an investment with a greater return.
This was made while running ELCP so the balance may be even more haphazard in vanilla, though in vanilla there are so many borderline exploits it doesn't matter...

All wonders
  • +1 trade route for the city, who doesn't want to visit the wonders?
  • No buyout on wonders, this was just plain stupid
  • Some influence, people who build wonders are influential.
  • Increased build costs, particularly for the later ones, be sure to have some stockpiles.
  • A per pop bonus to incentivize building them in specialized cities.

Museum of Auriga
The only wonder worth building.
Levelable sewers that helps with early (winter) economy.
  • Removed the absurd +20% dust and science on happy.
  • Museum generates revenue, so early game dust production.

Industrial Megapole
This felt good as is. Just added a thematic bonus.

Alchemic Institute
The Backwards Institute of Outdated Technologies.
State of the art equipment to drive scientific progress.
  • Changed the bonus to apply for ALL technologies before era 5.
  • Changed localization to display it correctly. (in english)

Throne of Emperors
Only built when 100 influence short on an empire plan.
Late game Luxury pump with bonus to influence.
  • Empire wide boost to luxury production.

Reliquary of Auriga
8 pop set on dust.
Recruitment center for late game unit production. Also a Strategic pump.
  • x5 dust and industry on tile. (use those anomalies wisely)
  • Unit cost reduction, fortification and security on city.
  • Empire wide boost to strategic production.

Booted the game with this mod + ELCP 2.6.0 and everything seemed to work. Didn't actually try to build anything but the tech tree previews did change.

Mod worked before I've installed latest community patch from g2g. Tried launching only this mod (incl. community), but it still doesn't work for me. Apart from that, mod is great. It could be that issue is on my end.
