To craft an item, open your Inventory by pressing Tab, then select the crafting icon from the menu on the right. A rock that is covered in cloth will appear to the in the middle of the screen. Select the items on the left from your backpack and drag then onto the rock using your mouse. Once all the required materials have been placed you will see a button appear to craft the item.

Another way to craft is by pressing C and selecting the crafting icon from the menu wheel.

For larger items that cannot be placed in your backpack, use Right Mouse Button while the item is on the ground and select crafting from the drop down menu.

Stewin' vs Roastin': Roasting food takes time (especially on high quality meats), stewing are done very quickly, the downside is that you can't bring your stew for travel
Dryin' vs Smokin': Smoking are done faster than drying but smoking requires a lit campfire, the smoker will also prevent the campfire from being extinguished by rain. Dried/Smoked food last 3 times longer. Some plants can also be dried for surpising result

• Create a Small Campfire
  
• Drag or put coconut halves (aka. coconut bowl) on one of its two slot
  
• Make sure it's filled with water
  
• Drag a piece of bone into the bowl
  
• Turn on the campfire
  
• Wait until it is boiled, then feel free to consume it

• 1 Coconut canteen full of water
  
• Put 2 coconut bown on each side of the campfire for maximum effectiveness
  
• Pour the water to each of the bowl
  
• Boil for a few minutes
  
• Use a second coconut canteen if you want to collect the water

• 1 Bowl of water
  
• 1 Purple flowered/heart leaved herb or Tobacco leaves
  
• Boil for a few minutes

• 1 Bowl of water
  
• 1 Amara Flower (big bush with red flower)
  
• Boil for a few minutes
  
• Definitely take a rest if fever still presist

• 1 Bowl of water
  
• 1 Cup shaped mushroom or Soursoup fruit
  
• Boil for a few minutes
  
• Kill more parasite than if eating the shroom raw

• 1 Piece of any fresh meat
  
• 1 Bowl of water
  
• Boil the meat like usual
  
• More nutritious and cooks very quick, use this to mask the sanity reducing effect of eating insects
