In short, Habboi is a developer of the game A Hat in Time, scattered throughout some of the worlds are bits of lore he confirmed to be non-canon to the games main storyline, many of these secrets are about characters he has made up, one of them is moleman, One day I jokingly said I would make him playable for Hat game then autorigged him to the player skeleton and it sorta just became a huge meme heh
