Historical Development sub-mod for Divide et Impera COLLECTION

Description
*****THIS IS THE GENERIC VERSION OF THE MOD. Use this version when playing as any faction _EXCEPT_ Rome, Carthage, Athens, Sparta, Macedon, Seleucids, and Parthia, Armenia, and Epirus. If you want to play one of those factions, use the appropriate version of the mod instead or else your game will be too easy/too hard, depending on the faction.*****

***USE ONLY ONE VERSION OF THIS MOD AT A TIME - PICK THE VERSION CORRESPONDING TO THE FACTION YOU ARE GOING TO PLAY AND ENABLE ONLY THAT VERSION USING THE MOD MANAGER. IF YOU WANT TO START A NEW CAMPAIGN WITH A DIFFERENT FACTION, QUIT ROME 2 AND RESTART, ENABLING THE APPROPRIATE VERSION.***

UPDATED VERSIONS 12/23/2013:

New diplomacy system. Factions should be much more likely to accept and offer peace than they used to be. War are less likely to go on forever until one side is eliminated, and more likely to be resolved without major bloodshed in many cases. This represents the historical reality of war in the ancient period, when most wars were little more than cattle raids between neighboring powers which might last a few months before relations were patched up once again. Wars are slightly more common than they used to be, but also much more likely to be resolved quickly without resulting in the total elimination of one faction or the other.

No more positive war events, not convinced they helped and they made it so mod wouldn't work with both 8 and 8.1. They may come back with more testing, but for now they're out.

MOD DESCRIPTION, INFO, ETC:

I checked the files and found that when I removed the bottom element in the file (the one giving certain unit lists to Pergamon) the mod works with the latest DeI

It seems this one version of the mod is incompatible with DeI 1.4

Hello yukishiro1, I remember back in the days when I played DeI. For now I'm quite confortable with vanila+mods so what I'm wondering is if this mod can be compatible/ make it so, with vanila game =)

Thanks.

Hey Yukishiro1 Seleucid Empire needs a major buff, they keep getting destroyed by being pushed from the south and east too hard too fast. Also, Carthage needs a little bit of help. They are being pressed by ROme and Syracuse too harshly and htey can never expand.

Hmm, whenever i start DeI with this, the romans can recruit some imperial units from the beginning... is like that since 0.85
