Gorge Tunnel

Description
Brings back the Gorge Tunnel!

Commander can drop tunnels just like in vanilla, in addition he can upgrade a Gorge Tunnel to an Infested Tunnel.
- Costs 5 res per entrance
- In combat mod a entrance costs 1 point


History
In 2013 Gorge Tunnels where add to NS2, with the Gorgeous Update [unknownworlds.com].
Six years later in 2019 Build 327 [unknownworlds.com] moved Gorge Tunnels to the commander.

@Gimcrack commanders can still drop tunnels

Cool mod, but I think it would work better if the commander could drop tunnels instead of gorges. Can you change it to allow commanders to drop tunnels instead? Some players are cheesing near marine base all game waiting to drop tunnels for a cheap win against incohesive marine teams, which happens far too often in pubs

Thing to consider: make both tunnel ends take accelerating damage if owner stops being a gorge.

The first DLC for Natural Selection II is Gorgeous
Two of the biggest features with the Gorgeous update are on the Gorge unit itself, hence the name. Its major new ability is that it can create underground tunnels when placed on infested areas. This fan-demanded feature now gives the alien side something akin to the phase gates that the human teams can build and use to teleport around.
