Yeah, it was indeed a rogue road section on a roundabout under a bridge. I must have missed it. Pesky thing.
Thanks for your help, and for creating this asset in the first place.
It's modders like you who give up their free time that turns this really good game into a great game!
@Bantha, if the save doesn't load, there are likely still some leftover road segments of that type on your map. I believe the Loading Screen Mod should display the names of any missing roads on the loading screen.
Did you use the RON mod to replace them?
If you have not, you may want to check it out, as it makes the process of replacing roads (and making sure you haven't missed any) much easier.
If you have, and it's still an issue, you may have some leftover bridge or tunnel segments, which need to be replaced separately from the base (ground-level) variant. There are 4 of these variants to check in fact: elevated/bridge/slope/tunnel. Note that the names of these other variants, in most cases do not match the base variant - you may need to click through them in RON's dialog to see what they actually are.
this issue has nothing to do with the mod itself or asset. it's steam being finnicky. the road shows up fine for me but i've had to force a few mods to show up by moving them to \AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets\
