[fr.tipeee.com]

Compatible with New Frontier 2020 - Gathering Storm - Rise and Fall - Vanilla
->The Rise and Fall XP and the Gathering Storm XP are necessary for this mod to work.

Rapa Nui is led by Hotu Matu'a.

Leader Trait: Mata ki te rangi
Hotu Matu'a starts the game in the Ocean with the ability to embark and enter Ocean tiles. +4 Faith and +4 Culture per turn before you settle your first City. This first settled City receives +2 Population and a free Builder.

Civilization Trait: Te Pito O Te Kainga
Improving Sea Resources constructs Moais on adjacent Land Tiles, regardless of placement constraints. +1 Culture from Stone Quarries. +25% yields from plot harvests and feature removals in the city.

Unique Improvement: Moai: Gold +1 and Culture +1. +1 Culture for every 2 adjacent Moai. +2 Culture if on or adjacent to a Volcanic Soil tile. +1 Culture and +1 Gold if adjacent to a Coast or Lake tile . Additional Culture and Tourism as you advance through the Civics and Technology Tree. Can be built on Plains, Plains Hills, Grassland, Grassland Hills, Tundra, Tundra Hills, or Volcanic Soil.
Can be now placed adjacent to a Woods or Rainforest tile.

Unique building: Hare Paenga: This building is unique to the Rapa Nui and replaces nothing. Available with Masonry, it grants +3 Loyalty per turn and +2 Housing.

Agenda: Te pito o te henua
Clears all features and improves all possible tiles. Likes civilizations with a high percentage of improved tiles. Dislikes civilizations with low percentage of improved tiles.

Rapa Nui City-state is deleted.

This mod incorporates the Moai improvements made by pOkiehl in his Rapa Nui ++ mod.
This mod will cause a conflict with pOkiehl's Rapa Nui++ mod if it is enabled in the same time.

Support:
Ynaemp (Giant, Greatest, LargestEarthCustom, and Cordiform)
- the Rapa Nui City-State is deleted from the manual CS selection menu-
C15 and SeelingCat's Colonial City Names

Bonjour!
J'aurais aimé l'essayer sur "Play the World Giant Map" ou "Carte Viking", mais il ne fonctionne pas sur ces cartes !

Good Day !
I would have liked to try it on "Play the World Giant Map" ou "Viking Map", but it doesn't work on those Maps

improving a sea resource (by building fishing boats, for instance) doesn't construct Moais on adjacent land tiles...

I am playing a Hotu Matu'a right now, and it's a unique campaign beyond my expectations. Starting in the middle of an ocean is such a magnifient idea! I have never had a real sea empire on this scale. Excellent work!
My only gripe is that the leader's portrait is badly cropped, with some white background visible around the hair.

Thanks for your feedback! it is fixed now.

This mod is deleting the La Venta City State Colossal Head UI, instead of the Moai UI from the Rapa Nui City State. I went into the Core>Rapanui_UI.sql file and changed the line under Improvements from "DELETE FROM Improvements WHERE ImprovementType = 'IMPROVEMENT_COLOSSAL_HEAD';" to "DELETE FROM Improvements WHERE ImprovementType = 'IMPROVEMENT_MOAI';" and the mod seems to work fine and not delete the Olmec Improvement.

I'm a big fan of this Civ as well. I just wish I could figure out how to make them work well for me. Great challenge, and lots of fun when I don't get lost at sea or build in Tundra. One of my favorites from Gedemo.

gotta say this is probably my absolute favorite one out of all your stuff

I'd like to report an incompatibility: this mod does not work properly with p0kiehl's Earlier Embarking + Ocean Navigation mod. The game starts fine, but does not spawn the starting units for Rapa Nui. I assume it's because p0kiehl's mod makes it so embarkation unlocks with Sailing rather than Shipbuilding. Pretty sure this could be fixed by making Rapa Nui start out with Sailing unlocked as well.

no, this mod, as long as it is enabled, totally deletes the rapanui city-state, even if the civ is not in the game

Hi @Gedemo - thanks for your work on all your mods! Is the Rapa Nui city-state disabled if Rapa Nui is not in the current gameplay? (e.g. 8 random civs and they're not selected. will the city-state potentially show up?)
