Japanese suburban style Starbucks

2x2 level3 commercial low growable

I wanted to make it more flexible so most sign props are not included in this building asset.
You can subscribe the required prop pack and use the Find It/Move It mods to place the props in any location you like.

The rooftop is empty and plain on purpose. You can add your favorite air conditioning units or other props for your aesthetic pleasure.

There are more than 300 drive-thru Starbucks shop in Japan! They are more common in the suburban areas.

I don't make or update Cities Skylines assets anymore. My assets are not very good in terms of quality, but feel free to use modtools to extract the mesh/texture and do anything you want to them. You have the permission to upload the modified versions to the workshop.

@georgeleeky It doesn't require any DLC or map. It's a level3 growable so it takes some time to show up, as it would only appear randomly after a zoned building upgrades from level2 to to level3. I made it a level3 building because otherwise it could get replaced by other assets again when the building upgrades to another level. You can use the "Plop the Growables" and "Find it" mods to place it manually

I subscribed alr but so far I haven't got any of the content yet. Even I tried filling the required tile space but didn't come out this store at all. May I know does it require any specific map or a DLC or not?
