Gold Corridors

Welcome to the Gold Corridors, Underlords! In this place, moving is done most easily and most safely by digging through gold!
But do not be too greedy, as some very dangerous hostile creatures wander behind many of these walls! This will also prevent you from reaching your opponent too fast. Many neutral Sentinels and some other creatures are stuck behind these minerals as well, but do not make too many friends as they will desire a lot of your gold...
Space is very restricted here, so you will have to make the most out of your rooms and to favorise beasts over intelligent minions. Some basic spells are also unavailable, which will make your task harder.
The Empire is also here to protect some very valuable ressources! And apparently, they are somehow the ones controlling all the hostile monsters lurking around... Build up your army and go claim their properties! But be careful... Their heroes are though and they do not forgive imprudent Underlords. They also have their own Core Shards... How about you go poke them with some claws and weapons? But be warned: destroying these Core Shards will remove all hostile creatures from the realm! This might save you some trouble, but also save some for your opponent. This might also prevent you from corrupting valuable enemies.
Remember as well that opening many of these corridors will leave your Core Shards exposed. Will you take the risk to open your dungeon and to go meet all these murderous creatures for the sake of gold and to claim the many other treasures hidden within this place?
