I managed to fix her eyes. It was the easiest fix in the world. You just need to add Flex Controllers and Max Eye Deflections to her survivor_producer.qc file. If you're still interested in updating this to fix it (or anyone else reading this), this is what I changed:

it's very scary when you look at her face in the middle of the game and her eyes are all white

if you dont use the proper animations on a character they will t pose on local servers and have a chance to crash your game at anytime

Well as for the eyes, I tried fixing the eyes the best I can. Hell even modders like MSF is having difficulties with eye movements with their mods.
