Black Cat Skillbook [DE]

Adds a skillbook that can be used multiple times on the beach right outside of Fort Joy so everyone in the party can learn to summon the Black Cat.

There can be multiple copies of the summoned cat. I suggest not using the 'Nine Lives' gift bag option if more than one character will be using the summon, as whenever someone new summons the cat they will get a pop up that they took the whistle from the player that last summoned the cat.

The skillbook requires Summoning 1 to learn, however it doesn't require any level in summoning in order to actually use the skill. If you want to learn this as a non-summoner you need only use the respec mirror to learn the skill, and then go back to how you were.
