I made this up as I wanted something to put in the centre of a zoo that can handle a number of habitats at once. The paths connect up easy, line the first one up straight through the centre. To stop it snapping hold ctrl while placing that path, then all the others will connect nicely making sure kerbs and rails are turned off and 90degree corners are enabled.

For franchise mode you will need to have most things researched before being able to build it as i used bits and pieces from different themes and i don't remember which ones apart from new world theme and it has some African items in it also. This took about 10 hours to build, hope you enjoy it!
