Description

A quintessential New England farmhouse for the cim who dreams of a pastoral lifestyle.

This is an incredibly economical asset. The main mesh has only 156 tris while the LOD model has 46.

Fully vanilla, no workshop asset dependencies.

Unfortunately it requires After Dark and Snowfall DLCs which should be noted in the requirements.
