THIS IS NOT A COLLECTION OF BAD CHARACTERS. This collection contains characters who are not as polished as others, but still provide fun and interesting game mechanics. Balance is not a priority, but characters that are designed to be far too OP will not be added. If you're looking for obscure and underrated characters, this is the place for you.
