Hey mate, just letting you know Steam has blocked your reupload because it "has been flagged as being potentially malicious"

Sorry for the delay, found out so many bugs in the Localisation it wrecked the game real good, but now i've fixed it. Will upload this update right now.

To get the Monarchy: You'll have to be Neutral and two decisions will pop up, Restore the Monarchy (For nations that had a Monarchy or nations that are a Monarchy but the King is absent) or Debate a Monarchy. After you select it, a while later an event will appear saying you've restored Royal rule. The "Welcome to the mod" must fire before the decisions activate.

Answering the questions:
1- Regency Agreed is event monarchist.1
2- The flaws happened because of many lockdowns happened within the descriptions, that i've fixed already. You'll know how to play, i assure.
3- I don't know why the events aren't firing immediatly (Sometimes they do, others they don't), just click it until it fires
4- Be neutral and activate the decisions that appear in the start of the game

so what am i mean to do to get the ability to become a monarchy?

Do you know the event ID for the 'Regency Agreed' event? Just wanted to exile all the Russian Monarchs into Poland and the Baltics

though i enjoy the description, there is one major flaw, it does not guide a user on how to use the mod, i selected the monarchist adviser but i have not unlocked any decisions, there is also no indicator in the description that tells you that there is an adviser. please do update the description so people don't struggle on what to do.
