Volkmar's Jade Griffon Quest Fix

Description
Changes the third stage of the Jade Griffon quest (raze or sack 2 settlements) to target Vampire Counts (Sylvania, Von Carstein, Barrow Legion, Moussilon, etc) instead of Kislev.

Kislev is now a pretty reliable ally and trade partner so it makes little sense to break this alliance to get this item.

The mod does not work if the stage is already triggered, it's not retroactive. It will work if the quest is in progress but in one of the previous stages (have 3 flagellants or 1 agent action).

Why is it we have to target Kisleve anyway I dont get why I would as the empire have to cripple them anyway was it just a choice by the dev's

Thank you for updating the mod, a must have for me since I hate the idea of having to do serious damage to Kislev just to get an item. Will be interesting to see if CA changes the quest or not in WH3.

Thank you for this mod.. That targeting Kislev thing never made sense to me and so I always just skipped this quest.. this mod fixes the issue .. I really should have looked for this a long time ago lol

Unless CA fixed it without mentioning in the patch notes.
