Pretty straight forward. It's a barrell outside of the Riverwood walls that contains a few items. Items contained are playable executioners armor, playable Reaper armor and playable Nocturnal armor. Also contains and executioners axe. other items include muffle boots for disenchanting and other valuable disenchant objects, as well as some other misc. items.
