Hm.Thanks for telling me.I didnt noticed that.Some times scar file get wrong settings for a weird reason and doesnt apply winter settings.I will fix and update right now.

Hi sir. Is there any way you can add winter uniforms and set vehicles to winter set up? I have summer settings if I'm not wrong.
