Hi, upon, activation of this successor mod, I can see that the built-in translation of Tal Ara'nh' original mod was not ported. Is this an oversight, or do you especially hate French language? ;)

For the record, I'm also getting the problem of missing meshes in the heavy dreadnoughts. The code supporting the various graphical culture-specific versions is a bit involved, and I couldn't figure out what was going wrong (or really, how it works when it is going right).

That makes sense, the main reason I thought that something may be wrong was thanks to the Machine ship set. With how the the Machine ships were designed the upside down portion on the battlecruiser doesn't' mesh well with the rest of the design. Thanks for the info!

@GildedJoker As far as I remember, I think both features are as intended by the original mod's author:
1. He especially hated that vanilla ships look too symetrical, and like "teacups on a plate", only aiming at the upper half-space. This is why some turrets are moved to the bottom of models, or to the sides. Same for carrier section towers. Think about Homeworld starships.
2. Heavy dreadnoughts were designed so that they don't compete with more versatile battleships (to not make them obsolete fast). They are heavy-ordinance only titan-like artillery ships, and are handy for players who don't have the titan DLC (as well as EW cruisers for auras).

For some reason, the "Reactor", "Thruster", and "Combat Computer" of these new ship models are showing up as file names. (e.g.: RS_BATTLECRUISER_ZERO_POINT_REACTOR)
I use ESC, ACOT patches, and the names of the components based on these mods are currently displayed normally.

I'm loving this mod so far but have noticed some oddities in that all the heavy dreadnaught sections have no available choices on all the ship sets and that on some of the ship sets for certain ship classes there is a section or 2 that is upside down.

These are the sections that I have noticed upside down:
Machine ship set - battlecruiser 3rd section
Humaniod ship set - battlecruiser 1st and 2nd sections, dreadnaught 1st and 2nd sections
Plantiod ship set - battlecruiser 3rd section, dreadnaught 3rd section
Mammalian ship set - battlecruiser 3rd section
Mollusciod ship set - battlecruiser 2nd section
Lithoid ship set - battlecruiser 1st and 2nd sections

I've noticed a difference in the size of dreadnaughts and heavy dreadnaughts. They are all now size 8 instead of 10 and 12 respectively. Is this by design?

Seems to be working well. I noticed the heavy dreadnought did not show properly. May be a shipset mod, will test further. Also the combat computers are still repeating several times in sets.
