Sotek Sacrifices for All

Description
Overview
Gives all Lizardmen factions access to the Cult of Sotek's sacrifice mechanic

Sacrifices to Sotek
The Sacrifice for other Lizardmen factions is a pared down version of the mechanic used by the Cult of Sotek. All of the Regiment of Renown rituals have been removed, as well as a couple others so that the they could be arranged in a nice triangle shape.

Only the Cult of Sotek gets the flat 50 sacrifice post-battle option, however all Lizardmen will receive the battle sacrifices added with the Shadow and the Blade patch.

FYI, currently testing the warhammer 3 version of this. Obviously given the changes they made the game 3 version will be the entire pyramid instead of subset I have in the game 2 mod here.

It might be due to my many mods, but this mod seems to have something conflicting with OVN lost factions, as the sacrifice screen is not pared down like it is supposed to be and the Amazons sacrifices are also stuck in the sacrifice tree as well
