Alternatively:
1. Turn on PC
2. Start Steam
3. Wait 2-3 months
4. Download Halo 2: Anniversary
5. Start Halo 2: Anniversary
6. Enjoy

In all seriousness though, you can sign up for early testing on Halo waypoint. And if you get selected, you can play Halo 2 before anyone else.

Note: Same will probably be for 3, ODST and 4
