Dead Center Helicopter but it's 12khz

Description
Want to figure out if you have tinnitus and then immediately play Dead Center afterwards? Install this mod and it will either make your ears bleed or be less of an annoyance to you then the regular helicopter sound

Replaces the loud af helicopter noise from the start of Dead Center with 12 kilohertz (don't blame me for broken ears)
