This mod gives every class the headshot counter found on Gunslinger and Sharpshooter.
It does not confer any bonus damage except for Gunslinger and Sharpshooter when they choose Rack 'Em Up.
The counter extends all the way to to 255 instead of the original 5. Rack 'em Up still only scales to 5.

All on-perk weapons should add to the counter including bashing and knives. Unfortunately the healing syringe
and welder could not be added. Other things like fire and darts and ice do not normally hit the head so they
don't count either.
