Narrator of Boomerang

Description
Adds Boomerang (Pre 2014) as a Civ to the game.

UA: Revive the Classics: Start out with a +3 bonus to Culture Output per city. Gets a 75% bonus to getting Great People.

UB: Boomerang Logo Statue: The Logo Statue gives a base yield of +6 culture and Raises the rate Great People spawn by 10%.

UU: Classic Character: Worker units that work twice as effectively as ordinary Workers.
