Описание
Minus fire and more smoke, thats are the true essence of the gun muzzle flash in the real life.

A "Realistic" (Its not exactly like the real life due engine limitations) Muzzle Flash pack high in performance, created to replace the old default Fire Effects from [TFA] Base, its just like CW 2.0 but better.

Currently replaces all default common effects of TFA Base:

- Pistol
- Revolver
- SMG
- Rifle
- Sniper
- Shotgun
- Suppressed
- Generic

- Muzzle Smoke Trails
- Shell Casing Smoke Trails
- Shell Eject Smoke

But also adds effects for the next weapon types:

- AK-12
- AK-74
- AK-47
- AUG
- Bizon
- Desert Eagle
- Famas
- G3
- Glock
- HMG
- M3
- M14
- M24
- M79
- M82
- MP5
- MPX
- OTS
- P90
- Shotgun Slug
- SR-25
- SVD

  • Use cl_tfa_rms_muzzleflash_dynlight ( 1 / 0 ) To enable or disable the fire lighting

  • Use cl_tfa_rms_default_scotchmuzzleflash ( 1 / 0 ) To enable or disable default TFA Base Scotch Muzzleflash Sprite ( Optional, Default 0 )

  • Use cl_tfa_rms_default_shelleject ( 1 / 0 ) To switch from Custom Shell Eject Smoke to Default TFA Base Shell Eject Smoke ( Optional, Default 0 )

  • Use cl_tfa_rms_optimized_smoke ( 1 / 0 ) To enable or disable the usage of optimized muzzleflashes with less smoke for low end ( you must need this )


    How to Install:

    Due its an remplacement you must download this addon before [TFA] Base or extract this addon on your Addon Folder (TFA Base must be installed in the Workshop), as this way this addon will remaints as dominant and be able to override Base Effects.

    Recommended use with Universal Bullet Tracers

Or perhaps you have some addon lagging when firing, teorically this muzzleflash replacement should be lighter than the 3.0 version that haves way more smoke and sparks, anyways not sure since i didnt touched this addon to adjust it for the new base updates since i started working on the 3.0 version.

it hasn't stopped working for me: But when firing from automatics it really eats into the frames now. 360 FPS (Unlimited) drops to about 34 FPS when firing an automatic weapon.

My only logic for why this is is that it hasn't been optimized for 9/25/2024 (Dev Build / Date I posted this comment) and further compression should be considered
