Peacekeeper Prowler Multi-Role Starfighter

The PROWLER is a multi-role trans-atmospheric starfighter used by the Peacekeeper forces. Mass-produced, Prowlers can be found nearly anywhere a Peacekeeper military installation is located.

Prowlers are short-ranged, but being used for many mission types, from interception, escort, space superiority, commando transports and general short-range shuttles and personnel transport. They are commonly found aboard command carriers as part of their standard complement. They are the fastest ships in the PK arsenal. - farscape.fandom.com


Attention: This is mainly a decorative replica-item. However, it was designed to be actually combat-worthy an competed in various dogfights with other players fighters (and hold up suprisingly well). In result, this ship is balanced somewhere between visual accuracy and usability.

You CAN use this in survival, but it will be a pain in the a** to build. Also you'll have to load the weapons manually (remove the piston-heads on the guns). But the ships main hull is fully conveyered, has power and enough thrust to perform under gravity (just like the real thing).

I've never been much into replicas. There are some extremly talented people on the workshop who have already made impressive recreations of pretty much every sci-fi (and other) fandom out there. So there has been no reason for me to add yet another X-Wing or Colonial Viper to that list. However, it always kinda bothered me, that the Farscape-Universe is so much underrepresented.

Eventually my serverbuddys and I had another talk about SE-replicas of famous TV-ships (and of course: which one would be superior), and in the end, we came up with a little contest: At yesterdays session everybody showed up with his own replica and we blasted the cr*p out of each other before geeking over each others creations.

The iconic Peacekeeper Prowler from Farscape was my contribution to that event and it held up suprisingly well. I had a lot of fun building and fighting with it and I hope the amount of a**kicking it dealt, made Officer Sun proud.

But since it comes with four subgrids and tends to summon clang, I'll not take it on our server. So now that our little gathering is over, this will probabely just sit on my harddrive collecting dust. So I might as well share it with y'all.
