Description
Uprising 202-

The neighbourhood of North Ravenholm falls silent as you had pushed through the decrepit overrun streets. You arrive to a fortified School, perhaps it is Sanctuary?

Welcome back to the Rotten Series! After roughly 2 and a half years hiatus, I had finally mustered up and created the next instalment and now have dedicated myself to finishing off the rest of the Rotten Series before I move onto anything super serious. This map is quite ambitious and involves a ton of scripted events, some bits of dialogue and some juicy loot! As well as some coherent objectives! Even multiple outcomes for the ending. I hope you enjoy and forgive me for the huge unnecessary hiatus, but now I am here to finish off what I have started.

Recommended Settings:
Check the ''No Weapons'' option below the ''Singleplayer'' tab -before- starting the map so the rewards actually mean something.
Don't spawn in anything - This is obviously accepted for weapons if you have unfortunately died in the map. Or if you want to have fun.
Don't use Noclip unless stuck. - Why would you noclip through an objective map?
Singleplayer works better with the Scripted Events, since apparently some of the Zombies spas out for the other players during Multiplayer, and seem normal to the host.

Features
Multiple areas to explore.
Tons of Loot!
Tons of Zombies!
Multiple Endings!
Mad Man Encounter!

Some Easter Eggs.

Special Thanks to DLC for testing the map and sticking with the Rotten Series!

Thanks very much for the kind words, I've currently lost the spark for Rotten at the moment and am trying to get back onto it within due time. Also the transparent props were most likely a result of lack-luster prop fades being set to around -1 on certain areas in a rushed effort to optimise the map, it happens in the base gamemode as well.

Wonderful map! I was playing most of the rotten maps in order from your collection, and it's impressive how you've improved with each map. Great job on the creepy atmosphere, and I enjoyed the skull hunting side quest. I felt bad when I didn't get the save the combine guy, he died right as I opened the door for him! Maybe I'll try again to save him sometime.

Only criticisms I have is that I kept having trouble trying to climb up on the props to get over that wall at the beginning. Also, a lot of the furniture props inside the school were transparent for some reason. Granted, I was playing this in the Half-Life 2 campaign game mode, so maybe it is different in the default gmod mode.

Looking forward to the next chapter!

Well, after beating the map I can say with confidence that this is one of the better maps on the workshop. The atmosphere is absolutely top notch. Only issue that I had was that the 3rd skull was a little hard to notice, as I expected it to be on a table or something like the other two were.
