[1.1] 22 Self Defence Gun Vanilla

Description
A small light 22 caliber pistol for a self defence. Very good at close ranges but useless on mid to long range. Easy to manufacture and easy to use. Defence with this "gun" is less risky than a defence with a melee weapon.

Cool gonna add it, perfekt with sidearm mod, then my good shooters no longer need to use an knife.

So when this weapon is equipted and an enime is just one cell away it will use it to fire?
Normaly they use the gun to punch in near combat.

Also a fan of Ian at forgotten weapons, and this made my day. Keep going, bring more useless weird guns to rimworld.

After seeing this thing (or something very much like it) on Forgotten Weapons, I really need it to have a small in-built chance of blowing a finger off of the pawn firing it.
