Huge maps - neat and small urban planning plan

Description
As an "obsessive-compulsive disorder patient", whenever I play Civilization 6, I always build cities according to the same layout, for example: Control the size of each city and arrange the cities neatly through some rules. However, these layout are often not widely applicable. They are always stop using because of various problems such as mountains, lakes, and no fresh water. If the city is relocated due to these problems, it will inevitably make the whole layout disorder. In order to meet my needs, I made some maps for myself. The maps of this series are very neat, and the distribution of various terrains is slightly regular so as not to affect the overall beauty of the map, and all maps are rotationally symmetrical.

Here, I need to introduce the common features of each map in this series:
1. I have helped you identify the "recommended construction location" for all cities. If you adopt my plan to develop the city, the following are valid. If you have not adopted this solution, please feel free to play with your preferences, I just provide you with a template.
2. All cities are built by the river and belong to the hilly terrain.
3. [Contents vary from edition to edition] The small range (18 cells) that all cities' borders can reach. When a city is adjacent to other cities, you can freely assign the ownership of its neighboring communities.
4. The distribution of snows and tundras is very neat, they cover the entire northern continent as well as the southern continent.
5. The distribution of grassland terrain and plain terrain is very broad and never merged. For example, there is no grassland in the big plains, and vice versa.
6. The plains has more floodplain; the grasslands has more hills; the tundras has more woods; the snows has more uranium.
7. The number of strategic resources available for power supply is very macro, but they often appear in snows and tundras.
8. Inside the continent, inland lakes (continuous coasts of less than 10 cells) and inland oceans (continuous coasts of more than 9 cells) are very common, they are often split by land cells. but these land sites are "city's recommended construction location". When you build a city in this location, two adjacent lakes (or oceans) can Interact through the canal effect of the city center and preserve the lake's lake properties. In the latter stage, your aircraft carrier can enter the inland and bombard a large number of areas.

In addition, you need to find these "city's recommended construction location" by the shape of the river:
1. All "city's recommended construction location" are located in the first cell south of the river.
2. You can quickly find that many cells in the first cell south of the river have the characteristics of "bump groove", and the river passes through them in three directions. "City suggestion point" is in these cells.
3. The cells with the "bump groove" feature will appear two times in succession, and then the shape of the river will change.
4. Whenever a river changes, the first cell with the "bump groove" feature is the "city's recommended construction location".

6. When you find two adjacent "city's recommended construction location" but are not sure, you can compare them by depicting their maximum range (2 rings). If there is no conflict between the boundaries of the two cities, Then there is nothing wrong.

You may have the following problems:
1. Conflict with other mods
----Some mods have the effect of modifying the upper limit of the number of players and the upper limit of the number of city-states. When these mods are activated, it is recommended that no more than 20 players and 24 city-states the game. All maps have an upper limit for the number of players and an upper limit for the number of city states. When the actual number exceeds the upper limit, the game will report an error, and the upper limit of each map is different.

很遗憾的是,地图包是基于资料片迭起兴衰以及风云变幻所共同实现的,我并不知道如何在没有相关资料片的情况下加载地图
