Atlas Sound Patch - RHS SAF Uses NIArms Sound

Description

RHS weapon sound effects are FUGLY, and I don't like JSRS much either, so I made a patch to force RHS use NIArms sound effects. Hope you enjoy it!

WARNING: it doesn't work properly when loaded along with the GREF patch. Reason unknown. I'm still looking into it.
