• What do we need?

For this hacking we need only two programs: WinRar[win-rar.com] and Notepad++[notepad-plus-plus.org].
(you can also use 7-zip and a regular notepad)

First stage

First we need to find the folder Flying Wild Hog in the folder saved games NOT in Screenshot

Second stage

We look for the archive "save_auto" in the folder Flying Wild Hog and open it

Third stage

Drag the file "bin" onto the desktop and change it using Notepad ++

Fourth stage

Scroll to the bottom until we see the following parameters:

Last stage

Save the file and drag it back with replacement

Many thanks for this, works perfectly. I like the game a lot, but after two complete playthroughs and getting all the other achievements, I still had 8500+ orbs to go for the 10,000 orbs achievement, which is just completely stupid. That's over 300 f'ing grind runs at 27 orbs per mission. So I feel no qualms about adding in what I needed to get just below the 10,000 number and then wrapping it up in game.

Worked perfectly fine for me. If it didn't for you, then you probably edited the save_auto.bin file with notepad++. Don't. Change save_auto.bin to save_auto.zip, open it with whatever archiver and then edit the bin file inside it.

Seems to be no longer working.
Even with N++ the save_auto.bin is just a scramble

With windows 11 you can just rename the bin file in .zip and use the file explorer to uncompress it.

i cant find the first folder any tips? i keep finding one empty folder under the name and another that just doesnt seem to have the nessicary folder required

Do you know if I could use this to put the gold pack weapons in an already existing save?
I got the deluxe upgrade and I don't want to start a new save for the sake of having them
