@grabenratte, this and the 1900s pack will be receiving updates. I also have a pioneer pack in work as well which will include windmills for water and electric generation in a style common in the US from 1850-1930 and still seen on many rural farms in the plains area

Another way of balancing would be to decrease the number of vehicles it houses.

I'll look into balancing. But there isn't much I can do for such a simple building tbh.

Well, if it's half as effective as the vanilla farm, it should cost around half the price of the vanilla farm. Probably a bit more, because big structures are usually more effective. I suggest to make it more expensive.
